5 But when Elihu saw[a] that the three men had no further reply,[b] he became very angry.
Elihu Claims Wisdom
6 So Elihu son of Barakel the Buzite spoke up:[c]
“I am young,[d] but you are elderly;
that is why I was fearful,[e]
and afraid to explain[f] to you what I know.
7 I said to myself, ‘Age[g] should speak,[h]
and length of years[i] should make wisdom known.’

- Job 32:6 tn The Piel infinitive with the preposition (מֵחַוֹּת, mekhavvot) means “from explaining.” The phrase is the complement: “explain” what Elihu feared.
